(1) The amounts shown in this column represent the full grant date fair value of restricted stock unit grants in 2014 as computed in accordance with FASB ASC Topic 718. Assumptions used in the calculation of these amounts are included in Note 10, “Stock-Based Compensation” in our Form 10-K for the period ended December 31, 2014, filed with the SEC on March 13, 2015.
